Decision Making to the rescue

From simply listen to your gut to pros-and-cons-matrices, there are plenty of advice you can find on how to make a good decision, but have you ever wondered what science has to say? Meaning, what people who spend a lot of time thinking and experimenting with decision making were able to find so far?

Rewinding a little: let's start by clarifyinf that - without digging into "what is science" and "the scientific method", topics dear to my heart and that probably will be discussed in the future - when I say "what science has to say" I mean "the most popular theories out there". We good? Great :)
